The Meadowmark is a 200 unit community that is located in Castle Rock, CO. This community provides high quality affordable housing for low income, elderly residents who make at or below 30%, 60% or 70% AMI. Construction has commenced and is expected to be wrapped up in late 2024. The Meadowmark will feature several amenities to enhance the lives of future residents. Some of these include a community and craft room, fitness center, and an exterior yoga deck.
