About Ulysses

Founded in 2021, Ulysses Development Group develops, acquires, and invests in affordable and workforce housing across the U.S. Today, we own more than 3,000 apartments across five states—Colorado, Arizona, Nevada, Florida, and Georgia—with a growing national footprint, including a pipeline of projects in four other states (North Carolina, South Carolina, New Jersey, and New Mexico), we’re working to make housing stability a reality for more people, one community at a time.

Who We Are

UDG was founded in 2021 by Yoni Gruskin and Connor Larr, capitalizing on their varied affordable housing and development experience. Since then, we’ve grown to a team of 60 professionals dedicated to expanding UDG’s work across the country to meet the needs of diverse communities.
